I work at home as a designer/artist, read and cycle a lot and occasionally have friends round but the house is quiet and I no longer have any pets. Ideally someone working whether 9 to 5 or shifts.
The room is a large front bed/ sitting room with a bay window with use of a shared kitchen, bathroom and garden. Parking off road for a small car or on roadside for a large one. The location is next to a bus stop, one mile from city centre and across the road from some shops.
Could you supply your home or permanent address when applying as the room is for up to 5 nights a week only.
Bedding and towels are included as are superfast broadband and all bills.
