The house has 3 bedrooms one of which is a study as I work from home.

There is a family bathroom that is rarely used so it could be classed as almost 95% your own as I have an en suite bathroom.

The room would suit either a male or female, and you would have plenty of privacy.

There is a large lounge complete with a large flat screen tv, sky, virgin, PlayStation and X box. There is a good sized kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

To the rear there is a large conservatory and garden which is great in the summer.

There is plenty of parking opposite the house.

All bills are included as is the use of 200mb wireless broadband.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Apsley Train Station.
I am looking for an honest clean and tidy person to share my house and its facilities.
