Double Room Available in Three Bedroom House

I have a 3 bedroom house in Nash Mills Wharf, which is the new build development near Kings Langley and I am looking for a house mate.

I am a hard working, 30 year old professional female. I have a lovely house - two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a main bathroom, downstairs WC, separate kitchen and living/dining room along with private garden.

The room I have available is a double bedroom, there is currently a double bed and wardrobe which can be used and ideally I would like to rent the room on this basis, but it's not a deal breaker.

I have a south facing garden which is perfect for BBQ's in the Summer. The kitchen has an integrated dishwasher and washing machine which is available to use.

There is one allocated parking space at the back of the house which is where I park my car. There is some limited parking just outside the house, but also a gated car park a few minutes walk over the road which you could use as well as a few secret spots within the development the I can show you.

Apsley station is within a 10 minute walk which takes you directly into Euston in 20 minutes, the M25 Junction 20 is a 5 minute drive. There are also lots of shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance which come in handy.

This is my home and I'm looking for someone who will treat it with respect. I have an active social life and enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I'm hoping that every now and then we could share a bottle of wine & rustle up some dinner.
