We have a large double bedroom to rent in our spacious three bedroom house in Barkway near Royston. We can provide off road parking at the back of the house if required. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, dressing table and lots of built in wardrobes. There is an aerial in one of the wardrobes should you so wish to have a small tv. There is shared bathroom access (with a shower too), downstairs cloakroom, lounge, kitchen, conservatory and dining room. The garden is large and has plenty of areas to sit and relax after a hard days work! You would have use of the washing machine/tumble dryer.

Monday to Friday let would be possible with a discounted price.

About us:
We're a young married couple who have a chocolate labrador and 2 cats - you must be an animal lover! My husband is living in Edinburgh Monday-Friday and I will be following in January. The house is up for sale so this won't be for a long term let. We would like an easy going, professional to share our home. You will have full access to all the facilities including netflix.
