Double room/s if needed, available in a quite, clean, well presented house. Currently there is a single bed, but happy to replace with a double bed. Room is next to the bathroom. Use of Kitchen and dinning room, and sitting room. The house is very close to a park, Oakleigh Park, which hosts fun runs.
Looking for a professional female/s or couple to rent, although will also consider a student/s. who will have access to most of the house and the garden. I would prefer someone who is clean and organised. No house parties, but happy for housemate to bring friends to the house.
There are nearby shops at Barnet Village, as well as supermarkets near by.
It is a very friendly neighbourhood, lots of great people around.
Access to Arnos Grove Station as well as Oakleigh Park, giving you easy access into city.
