Large double bedroom with your own bathroom, is available in this new build house. It is a private road so it is very quiet.

I am looking for a working female professional to share my home with, who is clean and tidy.

I have freeview and Netflix in the living room.

I work from home 3 days a week and there is a desk in your room if you also need to work from home.

On-street car parking available.

New Barnet overground is a 10 min walk away, and takes you to the following stops: Highbury & Islington, Finsbury Park, Moorgate or Kings Cross so it’s easy to get the tube from any of those places.

Alternatively, Cockfosters is the nearest tube on the Piccadilly line. It has a car park and is a 20min walk or a 4min drive. There is High Barnet on the Northern line which is a 6min drive.

An Aldi and Sainsbury's is a 10 min walk away. A pure gym and New Barnet leisure centre with a swimming pool, is also a 10 min walk away.

I am flexible with the length of stay.

A cleaner comes once a month which we will split the cost of each month.

Bills included, apart from the cleaner as mentioned above.

No smokers and no couples please.
