Barnet House available

Hi! We are Becca and Han. We are looking for a new house mate in our three bedroom house who would be able to move in ASAP. The rent is £1000pcm including bills.

We are both very social, love a film night, going to the pub, G&T in the evenings, gigs, walks, film nights and nice things in general. We would ideally like to find someone who would be a friend but also who understands we both like own own space at times.

The house is great! It's a 10 minute walk from Totteridge and Whetstone or High Barnet tube stations and you can be anywhere in London in basically 40 mins! It's in a very safe area, and has open spaces and parks right by it, and a nice garden too.
The house is newly refurbished (we moved back in a few weeks ago), has one newly refurbished bathroom, a washing machine and dryer, utility room, dishwasher and all the crockery/pans etc you need. The bedroom is also fully furnished with two wardrobes, two bedside tables and an ottoman bed too and the kitchen is full of every utensils you may ever need.
