The room to rent is downstairs, at the front of our family home, on a quiet, residential street .
It is a bright, newly decorated and spacious room. It is quite self contained, but you may prepare food in our kitchen. The bed is a double, comfortable sofa bed, as you may wish to have the room as a sitting room on occasions.
You will share the bathroom/toilet with the family.
There are good transport links. New Barnet Station is at the end of the of the road. There are a range of buses, and Cockfosters on the Piccadilly line and High Barnet on the Northern Line are close by. There is ample space to park a car on the street, with easy links to the M25 and the A406.
We are looking for a person who is, professional, quiet and settled.
