I need a tenant for my double room.
In the room there is currently:
a double bed
a 3-door wardrobe
a chest of drawers
wifi
The flat is on the second floor of a purpose built block on a quiet (and safe) residential road. You would be able to share the kitchen and living room as well as having use of a shared bathroom (although I mostly stick to my en-suite).
Would like a flat mate who is friendly and considerate, and preferably not a party animal.
I am the only other flatmate, I am a 25yr old postgraduate student. You would also be sharing the flat with some small furry animals, so if you have allergies or problems with them that is something to consider!
There is parking usually available on the road.
The bills included are:
Water
Gas
Electricity
However I do not have a TV/TV license in the flat, and if you are a professional, you would need to pay council tax- we can discuss!
I am vegetarian- I don't mind at all sharing with Omnivores, but if you yourself are a fellow veggie then please consider a viewing!
- £500 pcm (double)
