The Room to be let is a large Double Room with a
free standing wardrobe , views to the back of the house and garden. Suited to professionals, single or couple.

The house is on a quiet street near the Everyman Cinema Barnet and local shops - Tesco and Independent shops.. The main high road has a great selection of restaurants from Thai, Sushi, British and Indian. There are 2 pubs close by too. Whetstone, High Barnet and New Barnet only a bus ride away for more shops and restaurants.

The house has a large living room connected to the dining room. All the floors are wooden and the kitchen is modern with plenty of cupboard space.

The conservatory (pretty much the second living room - full of light in the summer and cosy during the winter). The garden is ideal for BBQs and general relaxing when English weather permits.

All the bedrooms are situated upstairs. 2 double rooms and 1 single. The single room is at the front of the house and has a large window, single bed and desk.
The double bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. This room has a double bed, room for clothing + storage and desk.
The upstairs bathroom has had a brand new shower installed and new tub to go with it.
