You will also have your own separate modern shower room and use of a lounge area which will be predominantly yours ( I might just pop in to grab a book or two).
Single person - £500

Given the current situation, if you will be working from home 2+ days a week, the rent will £520 per month. This is to cover the increase in bills.

Transport links are very good with Cockfosters underground station (Piccadilly line) 10 minutes walk away or 6 minutes to Oakwood station by bus. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk away and the service is very frequent.
New Barnet overground station (Zone 5)is also a 10 minutes by bus, where trains run into Finsbury Park, Kings Cross etc.
Oakleigh Park Overground station (Zone 4) is a 20 mins downhill walk or 10 minutes bus ride, trains run into Moorgate.
M25 - 10 mins drive away
Situated a short walk from many local amenities including restaurants, cafes, grocery shops (Sainsbury and Co-op) and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful "Trent Park".
