This advert is for a PRIVATE DOUBLE BEDROOM AND PRIVATE LIVING ROOM with a shared bathroom and kitchen (you would have a living room all to yourself, as well as the bedroom).

The rooms will be available from the 8th April 2019. The room is the same size as the living room shown in the pictures (both furnished).

A deposit is required and is £600 to be paid before arrival.

There is a nice size garden.

The kitchen has most modern appliances and you'll have you're own fridge.

Both rooms are furnished with a sofa, double bed, double wardrobe, drawers and a tv’s in both rooms.

The cost for couples would be increased to £750.

We would be willing to accept an occupant from Monday-Friday for £450.

We are a friendly couple who are looking for a friendly housemate. I work for London Underground and do shift work so my work times and days vary and my girlfriend is a Primary School Teacher.
