HOUSE - FAMILY HOME set opposite fields and near beautiful parks with free tennis courts, cycle paths (London loop) ideal if you have a bike, like walking or running.

AMENITIES - local shops and cafe just 10 minutes walk.

The Spires shopping centre is 15 minutes on bus, 25 minutes walk has a range of shops, (including Sainsbury, Waitrose and Tesco) coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, a gym and library.

Other local amenities include cinema, theatres, bowling, swimming pool.

TRANSPORT - fantastic links will take you across North London and into Central London via Northern Line underground, (High Barnet) or overground (New Barnet) Bus - 184, 107, 384, 263 bus stops 5 to 15 minutes walk from house.

M25 and A1 - 10 minutes drive.
Barnet General Hospital - 7 minutes walk

Caring, sociable, friendly, active family with a wide range of interests from Arts, crafts, science, engineering, cycling, walking and languages.

Family has experience in Management and business, working with Special Educational Needs, english as second language, youth work, Child care and caring for those with disabilities - DBS checked and can be around during day time.

Would suit you if you want a friendly, safe environment in which you can be independent most of the time, but also have sociable chats and occasional company.

Would suit professionals or mature student (i. e. masters or Phd) who would like to stay for at least 6 months or more to ensure stability for both parties. Available till July 2020 at the moment.

NOT suitable for children or under 18s.

Small or medium, well behaved dogs may be considered.
