I'm a young professional, friendly & laid back living in a 2 bedroom flat. The room is a double and has lots of wardrobe and drawer space. I can also provides a desk if you're going to be working from home. I also have a garage for extra storage, suitcases etc. The kitchen is big and modern and the lounge is large and nice to socialise in. There is a hallway that separates them from the bedrooms and the bedrooms are separated too so noise won't be a problem. The garden is a great bonus and the cats have access through a smart cat flap spending a lot of their time outside. You must be a cat person because they are always seeking affection :)

The Flat is an 11 min walk to High Barnet Station. 18 min walk to New Barnet Station and 6 bus stops to Whetstone.

It's a rare and unique ground floor flat on a quiet and leafy rd with plenty of parking. The property is detached with its own front door and there is just one other flat above with its entrance to the side of the building.

I like to keep things clean & tidy but not obsessive. I'm sociable & easy to get along with & respect privacy. I'm looking for a room mate who is like minded.
