Cute flat a walk away from station

Hey, my name is Em. I think it’s important to start with who I am because I hope to find a friendship in addition to flat mate

I enjoy hiking and socialising and regularly walk into town for drinks and food. I work from home two days a week, beyond that I am in the office but always around on weekends

My flat is a 2 bed 2 bath second floor flat. I moved in recently so still working on making it a gorgeous home. But feels very homely and lovely. 10 min walk from the station and a stones throw from the canal. You would have access to main bathroom (as my bedroom has an en suite) and double room and communal areas

The furniture you see in the photos is not currently there, but I’m working on getting the place fully made up (a project!!)

Looking for a respectful and tidy person to share the space with

The communal area is a good size lounge area and also has a dining section. Happy to share kitchen equipment and seasonings and spices etc as there’s no need to be doubling up if you’re happy with using what I already have.

Wi-Fi and all bills are included in the monthly rent
