We are looking for a professional to come and join the housemates in this really lovely house. Beautifully equipped, well maintained and sharing with some great people. Everyone is a professional, who respect each other, yet like to socialise to make the house really feel like a home.

There is a comfortable communal living area with TV, two sofas, table and chairs and a breakfast sit up bar. Outside leading off from the hall just outside the kitchen is a large sunny patio area with outside seating and separate shed which houses a Miele tumble dryer.

The communal areas of the house are cleaned weekly to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.

Perfect for evening walks, the house is also adjacent to Castle Gardens which boasts some beautiful walks along the River Stort. There is a small shopping strip opposite with an array of shops and restaurants as well as a very useful Post Office.
