Wifi and all bills included and 15-20 min walk to station and town. 5 mins to airport bus stop that runs 24 hours to airport. Please note due to high electricity bills no tumble

Available 31.3.26 £675per month £300 deposit and a month ‘s notice from each party to be given. Deposit is returned in last months rent when room is returned in clean and tidy fashion. Currently the room is being decorated and new carpet laid. King sized bed and wardrobe will be supplied.
The house is up for sale so may be a short let but at least three months
