I have a lovely double room in my two bed room house. I would like it to be occupied by a full time student or a professional person who is respectable and reliable. This room is only suitable for a single occupancy so no couples required please!

The bedroom is fully furnished with fitted wardrobes and drawers, desk and chair, A double bed etc. You have your own separated toilet.
The high speed wireless internet connection with unlimited download available. Private parking space available in front of the house. There is also a storage place for a bike. There is a beautiful back garden which you can rest in at any time.

Walking distance to shops ( two minutes walk to Lidl supermarket), Gym, swimming pool and Elstree & Borehamwood Station. A high speed train runs every 15 minutes into central London (Kings Cross St Pancras) and the journey takes around 20 minutes. Trains to both London Luton, and Gatwick Airports. London Underground Northern Line (High Barnet or Edgware) is easily accessible by bus 107, 292, 614 and the house is very close to bus stops. Also excellent road links to the North, M1, A1, A5, A406, A41 and the M25. Just 30 minutes drive into West End and 15 minutes to Brent Cross and Hatfield Galleria. Perfect for commuters.
