I currently care for my elderly mum so the whole house is vacant most of the week. You are therefore getting the whole house. Happy to you to speak with my last lodger, who was with me for over two years and who will confirm that I was barely ever there, and not there at all for the past 14 months. So the house would also potentially suit a single parent and child as well as a single person.
I'm a really easygoing person who gets on with most people. I will respect your privacy when I am there but you are more than welcome to join me in the living room and treat the house as yours.
The house is available now and am happy for you to talk to the last lodger.
Due to the almost sole use of the house, I would want to meet any prospective tenants so am not prepared to take a holding deposit remotely without first meeting the person.
