The house itself is end of terrace and has 4 bedrooms. It is located on a quiet residential road in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. A 2 minute walk to the Thameslink Station Elstree & Bwood (trains take 20 minutes to St Pancras) and a 1 minute walk to Sainsbury's local and all the other nearby shops, takeaways and restaurants on the high street.

The place is gas central-heated, has a recently renovated kitchen & all the appliances are modern: dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer. There's also a great garden in the back that receives lots of sun in the summer!
