Choice of two rooms. Both really good sized rooms each with private bathroom. It is a tidy, practically decorated house well designed for easily keeping it smart.
Furnished with queen-size double bed, drawers and wardrobe.
The house will be shared by 2 or 3 people, all professionals. One who travels a lot. So very quiet household.
All bills included - council tax, TV licence, water, electricity, gas, cable, broadband etc ALL included.
Parking is free.
It is a short walk to the town centre, about 14mins walk to Hemel railway station and 10 mins walk to the sports centre.
The house is framed by woods and the landlord takes care of gardening basics but feel free to do some gardening if you enjoy it.
