A large en-suite room in a village location

A large en-suite room, furnished, in a house in a village location.

Plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Plenty of natural light. The bathroom is large - a very good shower and a separate bathtub.

Shared kitchen (1 tall fridge, 1 under counter), living room, utility room (washing machine, dryer), dining room.

There’s 2 dogs and 2 cats currently living in the house, they stay downstairs. The dogs are very quiet and chilled, not barkers. The advertised room is upstairs.

Both myself and the other lodger are very quiet, we don’t have parties and rarely have people over, as we are both after peace and quiet, so am looking for a lodger who is the same - there’s no loud music, the house goes really quiet after 22:00.

Important - hot water - it’s a gravity fed system, so whenever hot water is in use, the pump does make a loud noise (as they do), so we do not run hot water after 22:00, or before 06:00, to not disturb each other. This is a very important point, so thought best to mention it here, just so it’s not a surprise 😅
