lodger will be sharing with one other male lodger and owner.
The room includes a small double bed (new with mattress) along with a new double wardrobe .
The room is situated on the ground floor at the front of the house .
Double glazing throughout the property along with Gas central heating .
The most important rule of living at this property is to clean afer yourself and to respect other lodgers space.

No sharing the rooms (rooms are for one person only)
No visitors to rooms after 9pm.
Minimum stay 3 months .
The house is approx 15 min walk to cheshunt stn and the bus stop is very close to house .
Brookfield centre is 10 min walk .
Shared use of downstairs bathroom.(1 other person )
