I have available two spacious double rooms in a quiet residential area, within 10 mins walk of Buntingford High Street. The bedrooms have been recently decorated and refurbished so carpets, furniture and furnishings are new. In fact all upstairs is newly decorated as is the downstairs toilet and new double glazing throughout. The downstairs is dated. The kitchen is fully functional with mod cons such as a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and gas oven but it is dated. ( I will at some point be putting in a new kitchen and I am flexible with this and will work around you and have reflected this aspect in the lower than usual rent). You are a responsible, professional person who does not smoke.
