We are an American-Venezuelan couple who have been best friends and partners for 20 years, and we are looking for someone special to share our beautiful home with. We offer a space that feels like a true home, not just a rental. We are a gay-friendly household and welcome everyone with a positive attitude.

Our house is a spacious 3-bedroom property where you’ll have full access to everything. One of the three bedrooms is kept for guests and extra storage, ensuring the house never feels crowded. We value living like a family, so we currently don't use locks on internal doors. However, if you would prefer to have a lock on your door for your peace of mind, we can provide one.

We are conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, with easy access to Stanmore or Watford, and there is on-street parking available. High-speed internet is included, and we have a lovely garden for warm days, as well as a workshop equipped with woodworking tools available for your use. Netflix is also included for relaxing evenings.

We are both full-time professionals (working in a school and a university) who lead an active lifestyle (gym and running). We are a "drama-free," trilingual household speaking English, Spanish, and French.

We are looking for a social and tidy person. We value a warm "hello" and occasionally sharing a meal or a drink, while also respecting personal space. We keep our home spotless (cleaning immediately after cooking, no clutter) and we expect the same standard of care. We are not vegetarians and would prefer a fellow non-vegetarian to keep kitchen life simple.

The price is £700 for single use plus one month's deposit or £1,000 per month for couples plus one month's deposit. All bills are included in the price, including Council Tax and internet. A formal rental agreement will be signed for everyone's peace of mind. Early move-in may be possible.
