The part-furnished room includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed and sofa currently in the room belong to me and will be taken when I move out, so the new tenant would have the opportunity to bring their own bed and set the space up how they prefer.

You’ll have your own private bathroom, which includes both a bath and shower, so you won’t need to share.

The development is quiet and well kept, with good transport links. Bushey station is around 10-15 minutes away with fast connections into London Euston. Watford High Street, shops, gyms and restaurants are also nearby.
