I'm retired, and looking for the right responsible, friendly yet self contained person to share the wonderful experience of living in a stylish renovated period cottage.

This is a perfect boutique country retreat, yet in 40 minutes you can be in Bond Street, or Heathrow.

Chenies is a charming village, with two pubs just an enchanting short walk away. The very best of sophisticated town and country living; Chorleywood provides a fast Metropolitan line service to Baker Street and the City as well as Chiltern Turbo to Marylebone. Parking available and 24 hour taxi at £7 available from Chorleywood with Tudor taxis (10 mins). The M25 motorway, and Heathrow are easily accessible.

I am out a lot and occasionally have family members visiting overnight in the third bedroom.

The Cottage is large, with light, space and scenic views in abundance.
