I’m on the search to fill up the 2 double bedrooms in the house I'm renting. Both with in-built storage & one room is particularly spacious. The house has a large kitchen & garden and decent bathroom. Lots of storage and space throughout.

It’s a 2 minutes walk to Theobald’s Grove London Overground station; 17 minutes from Seven Sisters, 35 minutes to Liverpool Street, 22 minutes to Stratford and direct trains to many stations in Hackney, Stoke Newington, Bethnal Green etc. 15 minute walk to Lea Valley nature reserve. 10 minute walk to Waltham Cross station.

I’m Claire – a sociable introvert who enjoys a good balance between connection and alone time. I enjoy yoga, body positivity, massage, techno, psytrance & dancing. I live with 2 kitties – Penelope and Hercules and enjoy sharing meals together and evenings by the fire in the garden.

Ideally, I love to create a supportive, conscious household where we look out for each other. Looking to live with cat lovers. This is a queer & POC friendly household.


The rent is £625 pcm. Bills between £100 & £140 depending on the season. The deposit is £600 per person. The total income necessary for the property is £52,500 and the landlord has requested references. It's a 12 month tenancy minimum.
