One shared (with Landlady) bathroom with shower/bath.
(No use of living room)

Double Room furnished, with bed frame, new double mattress, triple wardrobe , bookcase & bedside table . (Desk available if needed)

Please bring your own pillows, duvet, covers/sheets and towels. And your own toiletries including toilet paper. Everything will need to be stored in your room as limited storage space in house.

Street parking is available.

You are a 5 minute drive to Cheshunt overground/ National Rail station.
And 10 minutes to Cuffley Station, National Rail. Easy access into London.

Brookfield centre, 5 min drive away where there is a big Tesco's and M&S plus others shops.

Just round the corner 2mins walk away is a Co-op and other amenities.

Live in Landlady (my mum Astra house, I’m helping her with the listing and viewings), easy going, clean, with one cat but lives in their own area. And occasionally dogs come to stay.

Would like someone that's tidy and clean and a non-smoker. Mature, professional.

Will start with a 6 month contract and can go from there.
Will require:
Photo ID
Employment letter / proof of work & salary
3 months bank statements to show affordability
Reference from last place you rented

And to sign the contract, pay deposit upfront (to hold the room) and one month’s rent upon key handover.
