About me:
I’m a friendly, tidy female professional and homeowner. I work from home around 3 days a week and I’m generally quite chilled. I’m sociable but also appreciate my own space, so the house has a nice balance of being welcoming while still peaceful. I’ll be using the living room as my personal space.

About the current lodger:
The other room is currently rented by a professional working female. She is very clean and tidy, quiet, polite and respectful, and treats the house like her home. We both value a calm, comfortable living environment.

Because of this, anyone interested in the room would need to meet both of us before moving forward to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.
