Double room North London, Cheshunt

Hey :)
I have a fully furnished, double room for one person to rent
located a 10 minute walk from Cheshunt station, available from 12 May.

From Cheshunt station :
Express train to Liverpool, just 20 min to central London
Train to Stratford, just 20 min
And much more destinations like Stansted Airport, Waltham Cross, Enfield etc

Room:
The room has large windows and blinds
Wardrobes and bedside cabinets, fridge, double bed , door with lock.
You can decorate the room however you want it.
It's a big sunny room in quiet house and safe neighborhood.

House:
Just 3 of us living here, so the house is not crowded, full time working professionals , quiet and respectful.
Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, coffee machines , dining place.
Bathroom with shower cabin and bathtub.
We have a garden , storage rooms , loft , shed , clothes dryers.
Free parking space.
It's not a party house and that's how we want to keep it, so we are looking for respectful person to join us.
