I am looking for a Monday - Friday lodger to come and share my relaxed and friendly family home.
The bedroom is a large double room with adjoining bathroom (separate bath and shower). The room also has a TV.
There is masses of off-street parking and a large garden, with Chipperfield Common within 5 minutes walk. Very easy access to London via overland or underground trains which take about half an hour. Leavesden, Langleybury and Bovingdon film studios are very close by and Pinewood about half an hour.
I live here with my 3 (nearly grown up!) children (aged 20, 19 and 17). The eldest two are either at Uni or away on a gap year so rarely around. They are all well behaved and generally busy with work and their own activities. I also have a black labrador and a cat both of whom are very friendly.
There is a shared kitchen, a washing machine and tumble dryer but not shared use of the sitting room. Own fridge/freezer and storage space.
The room is available now.
Sunday eve/Monday to Friday only.
