I am looking for a Monday to Friday lodger to come and share my relaxed and friendly home. I am particularly handy for the film studios at Leavesden, Bovingdon and Langleybury and only 25 minutes from Elstree and Pinewood.
The bedroom is a large double and has it's own ensuite bathroom (separate bath and shower) and it's own TV.
There is masses of off-street parking and a large garden, with Chipperfield Common within 5 minutes walk. Very easy access to London via overland or underground trains which take about half an hour.
My children have mostly flown the nest, although my youngest is currently at home on a placement year from Uni. I also have a cat.
There is a shared kitchen, a washing machine and tumble dryer but not shared use of the sitting room. Own fridge/freezer and storage space.
Sunday eve/Monday to Friday only.
