Brand new large kitchen/family room with gorgeous views over fields, tv lounge, shared bathroom (sharing generally with one other person only), large well maintained garden with large decking area with countryside views, use of outdoor pool in the summer. Own fridge and use of all amenities including washing machine and dishwasher. Use of small “gym”/weights room. Off street parking. Storage for bicycle available.

Current family occupants of the house are myself, my husband and our two friendly 16 & 19 year old sons. Our elder son will be going back to Uni in October.

We are both professionals (I work in a school). We have 2 friendly cats.

£700 per calendar month includes all bills and good Wifi. Home cooked healthy family meals can be included at additional rate. One month’s refundable deposit. Full references will be taken up.

Suitable for longer or shorter term lets (min 2 months) - perfect for professional person working away from home or a discerning student. Single bed and desk are available as an alternative to a double bed if preferred.
