The house is situated very close to Croxley Met Line station and has easy access to London and M25.
The new lodger will have access to the kitchen, washing machine, microwave and wifi, there is however no shared living room and overnight guests are unacceptable.
The new lodger must be a non smoker and have regular employment. The room is only suitable for a male lodger because the shower is shared with one other male.
