Double room available in family home with Hot Tub

I have a double room available (shared bathroom) in a lovely four-bedroom house in a quiet village near Arrington/Wimpole. Friendly home with two independent 15-year-old boys and a lovely 10-year-old Cocker Spaniel.
I’m a single mum (dad not involved) running my own business and travelling around the UK for work. I’m looking for a lodger who needs a place to stay and would be happy with a non-standard arrangement, where the rent reflects occasionally being a second adult in the house.
This mainly means:
Being around when I’m away overnight (very occasionally)
Occasionally cooking dinner or being present in the evenings
Very occasional lifts to local activities (all within 15–20 minutes)
Helping out a bit with the dog and general house chores.
There’s no regular childcare. The boys are very independent. It’s mostly about adult presence and flexibility rather than responsibility.
Rent would be £350 per month, all bills included, for the right person who fits well with our lifestyle.
We have a hot tub, and kitchen and living room room are shared
Non-smoker essential. Tidy, organised, reliable.
Pets considered (no cats; dogs may be possible).
