Our lovely fully furnished double room is available to rent from the beginning of May.
It has recently been redecorated and furnished with new IKEA furniture.
The room is in a neat, tidy, quiet, peaceful and friendly flat which is shared with with two other professional people. The bathroom was recently completely refurbished and the kitchen has also undergone modernisation.
We are looking for a professional person who's seeking a peaceful haven from the stresses of daily life!

The room is bright and modern and has a large south facing window. It was recently redecorated and new lighting installed.

The flat is conveniently located for London: 0.4 miles New Barnet mainline station (to Kings Cross and Moorgate) and 1.1 miles Cockfosters on the Piccadilly line (West End). Bus no's 84, 107, 184, 307, 326, 383, 384 operate through the area.

Aldi, Sainsbury's and TescoExpress are all within walking distance as is Pure Gym, Charge Up Gym and New Barnet Leisure Centre (with swimming pool).

There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby as well as Victoria and Oakhill Parks.
