Furnished single room available in our spacious home for single person only. 

Conveniently located, footsteps to the local shop, 2 doors to bus, and 6 train stops to Kings Cross Station and St Pancras International.  (3 stops on the fast train). Luton airport is 4 stops away.

The room has been furnished with a double bed, good quality mattress, wardrobe, chair and has a decorative mantlepiece.  Linens can be provided.  The bathroom is shared and the kitchen includes a slimline dishwasher and washing machine.

We are located in Elstree, a pretty village, surrounded by endless scenic walking trails, great for morning runs, country woodland, nearby Aldenham Reservoir. Sailing club and tennis courts are a 5 and 10 minute walk away.  Our home is a Grade II listed period property with plenty of character.

We are a full time professional couple and non smokers.  We love travelling, walking, enjoy music, dining out and meeting friends.  We lead busy lives, working Monday to Friday so may not always be around.  We are looking for someone who is independant, polite and respectful of the property and looking for a place to call home.

Must be responsible with rental payments.  The room would suit a clean tidy young professional, mature student or responsible traveller looking for a great home.
