Pleasant and light all-female house and garden in quiet cul-de-sac. Cook's kitchen. 2 reception rooms. One upstairs bathroom with shower over the bath and one toilet with sink downstairs. Use of amenities. Tidy, clean, friendly and considerate female housemates (I already have one female housemate and this will remain an all-female house, except for visitors).
The room is a slim extension at the side of the house and is attic style (on the first floor), with a low king size bed. There is a small dressing table, and hanging space. Loft storage available.
Bike storage, and bike available to borrow. 15 mins walk to station.
