The lodger has off street parking and use of the garden. The large bedroom has a desk area and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is a kitchen are and sitting room. Laundry facilities are also available.
My current lodger has been very happy here and is leaving to share a house with his best friend. The arrangement of rooms affords plenty of privacy.
I am looking for someone who is not noisy and will take good care of the rooms and who is pleasant to have around. I have a preference for a female, but would not rule out a male, and indeed my current lodger is male.
