I am a live-out landlord with a middle floor double room available for rental in my house in Oaklands Wood in Hatfield.

The cost of rental is for a couple sharing the room, for single occupancy the cost of rental is £915.00 per calendar month.

This room is only available to professional(s) or student(s) who are aged 27 years of age or above.

All bills are included in the rental price.

The house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team.
I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house.

There is a large kitchen diner, equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer. microwave oven, kettle, toaster, saucepans, all crockery and cutlery.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a TV point in the room.

On-street parking is available.
