Double room with en-suite and shared kitchen. Room has a built in desk with lots of storage, a tv on wall and a shared kitchen that has doors either side that lock leading to bedrooms. Uni students only, do not have to attend Hertfordshire although it’s ideal as it’s in between both campuses, and a 2 min walk away from the galleria which has a variety of shops. Has washing facilities, gym and common room on site. Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as my course has now finished and I will be moving home as soon as possible. Council tax exempt as it is a student property.
