Single Room to Let

We are Astronomy PhD students at University of Hertfordshire, and we also teach at the University. The room is one among three, with single bed. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom/washroom. It is a furnished room. One of our flatmates is moving out. We would prefer a PhD student or Master's student. But professionals are also welcome. The kitchen has amenities as Oven and washing machine. All other standard amenities like Wifi etc are all here since we have been living here for 2 years. The place is 10 minute walk from De Havilland Campus, and 15 minute to Galleria. Since this is a student property, we do not pay council tax.
