The room is very nice and cozy with furniture provided: a nice comfortable double bed, 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a desk! The curtains have blackout lining.
The rest of the house comprises a bathroom with shower and a bath, a spacious kitchen and a nice garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer oven, hob and microwave!
I am a school teacher and my partner is a translator. I work fairly long hours during the week. I am normally up and out of the house by 7am.
The house is at 7 minutes walk from Hatfield train station and town center! Hertfordshire University is very easy to reach, walking or by bus.
We are looking for a friendly, independent, clean, tidy and easy going student or professional.
If you cannot stand the noise of university life and you need a quite place to study for your exams, or if you are doing a master, this is definitely the place for you!
We would also consider a Monday to Friday lodger due to our vicinity to the train station.
