Please be aware public transport from the village isn’t great, so would be better to suited to someone with there own transport.
The property is pet friendly, and I have a small dog and a tortoise who are in the household full time.
I am happy for the bedroom to be repainted. The carpets have been newly fitted within the last year and the mattress was purchased in January 2023
I am quiet, and fairly tidy. I spend most of my time at home but enjoy socialising, and am more than happy to share my communal space. I will be living between here and London, so you’ll basically have your own flat half of the time!
A female housemate is preferred, but I am open to renting to men.
