Double Room, Bills inc, Peaceful, friendly tenant!

I have a spacious double bedroom to rent in my lovely terraced home. The room is furnished and mostly neutral decor-it's really light and has nice views.
Leverstock Green is a lovely area of Hemel Hempstead and we now have a Supermarket, M&S local and Costa Coffee all within walking distance. There is parking available and brilliant bus links- busses that pass through the village include routes to London Victoria, St. Albans, Hatfield, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead town centre and the train station.
The rest of the house (cosy living room, dining room, kitchen, WC and bathroom) is shared with myself and an occasional friendly visitor, or two! I work nights and am pretty sociable, thus most evenings you will have the house to yourself. You'll also have access to my lovely garden which backs onto a quiet playing field.
The Bedroom has Wifi, a T. V connection, a big wooden bed, a built in desk, chest of drawers, and built in wardrobes, although I'm flexible if you need to change things around or don't like the flowery decor!
The advertised price is for single occupancy with minimum stay of 3 months, for couples or short term lets please contact me for a price.
I'm very open to people from all walks of life, so as long as you respect the house and my needs as a house-mate then I'm sure you will have a great time living here.
