Double Room In House With Garden!

Hi :)

My husband and I have a light and airy double room to rent in our home. Please read on for more details.

The location:
A short stroll to the beautiful Gadebridge Park and a short drive/bus ride into the town centre, or about a 25-minute walk. We live in a closed road so it's very quiet, safe and peaceful with friendly neighbours.

The room:
- Decorated in 2020 with new carpet
-Double (4ft) ottoman storage double bed with memory foam mattress
- Built-in double wardrobe
- Desk with lumbar support chair
- Duvet & pillows can be provided
- All bills included plus high speed broadband

Living with:
- Landlords Chris (31) & Danielle (30). Easy-going and once (or twice) called 'the best landlords ever' by our other tenant :). Into music, art, functional fitness, nature, food, travelling and living holistically.
- 1 male tenant (28), works night shifts so sleeps/chills in his room most of the daytime/evening.
- Chris & Danielle's daughter! 16 months old and makes us all laugh every day. She's pretty chilled most of the time, except when there's music playing, then she's dancing. She's pretty good at night too.

The rest of the house:
We currently have one bathroom with a separate toilet so no waiting for the toilet if someones in the shower. One shower shouldn't cause a problem as we all have different working hours and with Danielle & Chris quite flexible with work, we choose to have showers at a suitable time to spread out the use.
We have a cosy lounge/diner that you are also welcome to use, as well as the shared kitchen (you will have your own cupboard space and adequate fridge/freezer space).
In the back, we have a lovely garden with comfy furniture, PLUS strong pull-up/dip bars home-made by Chris! No gym membership needed, just step into the garden for fitness.
Although there is no driveway, there is free street parking.

What we're looking for:
Ideally a single professional. We are all plant-based so another veggie would be fab but not essential, for us its more about getting someone with the right energy that will treat the house and other occupants with respect. Because of the size of the house we feel it might be to tight for couples, but we're open to discuss, especially if one or both is out of the house a lot.
But in general, we don't care what you look like, what you do, your gender or sexual orientation, as long as you bring positive energy into the house and pay your rent on time!
