Doube Room for one person only

Double room to rent in nice 2 bedroom house, band C, with garden. The wardrobe in the picture is built deeper than you can see, so more space is available inside.
We are looking for a person with whom we can feel comfortable sharing the space and time. We are Romanian guy and Polish lady over 40's.
You have to like pets as we have a cat that we love. We prefer not noisy people. One of us has difficult shifts at work sometimes, so sleeping time might vary and we expect a bit more silence at that time, especially in the morning and after 9.30 pm.
Prefer a day shift working professional, no heavy drinker., please!
Nice leaving space to share, nice kitchen area and dining area. Once you see the house you will like it.
