Georgian flat in the heart of the Old Town on the High Street. Situated close to Gadebridge Park and convenient to the New Town shopping area (10 min walk away)

This area is populated by coffee shops and pubs and a few niche shops. There are also a couple of convenience stores and an off license.

This is the heart of the old town and the church has one of the tallest wooden spires in Europe and a lovely walled garden. There is a cheap pay car park and free park and ride  minutes away.

Property

The flat currently has one young female tenant who is renting the smaller double room with ensuite at the back but she will be leaving at the end of March so this room will be available then. The existing tenant has indicated that she would prefer another female but this is not essential. 

The larger room, which is immediately available, is at the front of the flat and incorporates a lounge area and a nice view of the high street. It does not have an ensuite but currently has sole use of the walk in shower in the main bathroom.

The modern kitchen has plenty of cupboard space for personal items. There is a tumble dryer available at a small extra cost.

Very convenient for Gadebridge Park, shopping, cafes and pubs.

Free and cheap parking nearby.
