There is a communal kitchen with cooker washer dryer and two fridge freezers. The kitchen is linked to the conservatory and living room which overlooks the garden and offers space for dining, relaxing and socialising.

The house is located in a leafy residential suburb with a great modern pub a couple of minutes walk away and a local supermarket a bit further on. Plus there is a bus stop just across the road with a direct route to Hemel Hempstead town centre, St Albans and Hatfield

Hemel Hempstead has experienced major development of its facilities over the past 10 years, with new shops, bars and restaurants. The Marlowes shopping complex is easily accessible and Hemel Snow Centre is just a few minutes away, so you could even walk there with your board or skis.

Please note, all rooms are non-smoking (there is a fire alarm system fitted) and are for single occupancy only (sorry no couples).
