We are looking for someone who will fit in with the current vibe, this is a home, not just a house. We’re all young professionals with pretty regular working hours.

We sort ourselves out with the best deals for broadband, TV, gas & electric. So it’s only £273 rent to the Landlord and the rest is about £90.
This is the best street in Hemel. The house is huge and we have a massive garden. Given the price, we all thought it was too good to be true!

We are a 15-minute walk from Hemel town centre where there are good bus links. It’s a 35-minute walk or 10-minute drive/cycle to Hemel train station. Maylands Industrial Estate is about the same.

No problem having partners over but it is single occupancy, and available immediately.

You've gotta be ok with dogs, because we’ve got two small & friendly ones here.

Depending on the time/day, there’s street parking right outside, plenty of other free/cheap options nearby too.

There’s plenty of space and storage. The main bathroom, fridge & freezer is only shared between 3 people & there's 2 toilets.

It’s not furnished, lots of decent charity shops nearby to get kitted out cheaply.
